On this new Scottsdale home build we have installed a 400 amp electrical panel and dug the trenching and installed the conduit for the wires out to the transformer.
The electrical company, APS, will install the transformer, run the wires through the conduit into the panel and we’ll have electrical service to light up this gorgeous home!
