We built this beautiful office/study for one of our new construction homes and decided to hand trim the coffered ceiling to make it much more luxurious.
The flooring is porcelain wood-tile and we added 7 1/4″ baseboard all the way around the room.
This space could also be utilized as an exercise room or even another bedroom if needed.
