This really doesn’t look like too much right now but once we are done this is going to be a garage fit for a king!
This oversized 3 car garage in Scottsdale is an extended length so perfect for those longer vehicles, or all that plus so much more space for smaller cars & SUV’s.
The floor will be epoxied which not only looks much nicer than concrete but also cleans up easier. We added a storage room in the back wall and there are multiple windows to bring in the natural light.
The garage doors will be steel carriage style complete with decorative hardware and are insulated for those hot summer months. We also utilize “Jackshaft” style motors so there are no ugly chains running across your ceiling. These motors are also ultra quiet and can be connected to the included home automation system with ease.
