We recently posted about how we were creating a flood wash to protect our Scottsdale new construction home. This job took a lot of manpower and even more riprap rock but this drainage wash is complete! And it looks great. Our guys even went so far as to hand select each larger stone to place on the sides and put the smaller rocks in the middle.
This wash is designed to protect our Scottsdale new construction home from a 100 year flood and also helps keep water out of the neighbors property as well.
